We use the Hydromaster Boxxer 421. it's original cost is $1600.00. Why would we buy such an expensive machine? Because we think it's the best. It amazes us every day with it's cleaning ability. We are very proud of this machine. The steam pressure is capable of 1,200 lbs which we dial it that high on tile, but much lower on carpet. and we use the best rinse available in the steam to remove any leftover soap and or dirt. (Most cleaners don't even use a rinse)The vacuum pump and tank are the largest available.
 
We use a clear sight glass in the hose to be sure we remove all of the water in the carpet. On the end of our wand we use a teflon coated greenglide- to move on your carpet easier and again supply more suction pressure at the carpet.

We also have the water claw! it is a sub floor extractor for removing water under the carpet & pad. It's great for floods & pet stain & odor removal.
