PET STAINS & ODORS;  We use a flouresent lite and yellow glasses to find each pet spot

An oxi cleaner is poured on to each spot (a 6" spot on top is a 12" spot under the carpet). We let it soke for 30 minutes. we clean the spot with the carpet wand. we then use the WATER CLAW (a sub surface extractor) to remove all the spot under the carpet, the pad and flooring.
This new method is the best way to get rid of all the spots & odors so they will never come back.
