Residential Carpet Cleaning
At Carpet Doctor we understand how difficult it is to keep your carpet clean and protected from life's inevitable dirt and stains. That is why we offer an enviornmentally safe, thoroughly effective process that removes even deep down dirt and stubborn stains while remaining safe for infants and pets.
This is our 6 step carpet cleaning method:
1. Move all small furniture
2. Vacuum
3. Apply the best citrus based cleaners & brighteners @200 Degrees!
4. Scrubb in solvents
& let it soak.
5. Steam clean with a neutralizing rinse in the steam to remove excess soaps & dirt left behind from previous cleaners.
6. Apply brighteners, fabric protector & brush in.
(Scotch Guard fabric protector Extra charge)
Note: Carpets will normally be dry within 1 hour of job completion.
PRICING
Carpet: It's difficult to give prices unseen over the phone without seeing how large the rooms are. We charge about $35.00/average room based upon a 1500 to 1750 ft. home.
If we quote you a price over the phone we do our best to stick with it. Heavily soiled carpets require extra cleanerrs and extra work which is an extra charge. We do not upsell you with a better cleanser, or a better method because there is none.
We always use the 6 step cleaning method which is deep extraction with the best citrus based cleaners available.

TILE & GROUT
We use the Rotovac 360 to clean tile & grout. It spins,brushes ,has 3 steam heads & 3vacuum heads to steam clean the tile & grout.It's the best machine on the market today. we use 220degrees of steam @1200 pds. of pressure. We also reseal the grout by hand to insure full coverage.
PRICES:
On average it costs about 15 cents per sq. ft. or 1,000 sq. ft is aqpprx. $500.00
Upholstory
The average size couch with 6 removal cushions(we vacuum first, & do all sides)and the entire frame. front & back. Cost is $75 to $100.00. Depending on it's condition. We use the best cleaners and we are willing to work extra hard & longer to get the best results.
3 piece sectionals are approx. $125.00 to 175.00 depending on size & condition. Chairs start at $5.00 & up. We also clean bed mattresses starting @$75.00
