This is our 6 step carpet cleaning method
1. Move all small furniture
2.Vacuum
3. Apply the best soaps & brighteners, deodorizers @200 Degrees
4.Scrubb in solvents
& let it soak in
5.Steam clean & rinse to remove excess soaps & dirt
6. Apply brighteners & fabric protector & broom in

PPRICING
Carpet: It's difficult to give prices unseen over the phone without seeing how large the rooms are or how dirty the carpet is. we charge about $35.00/average room based upon a 1500 to 2000 sq. ft. house.
The worst thing in this business is when company's promise you a too good to be true price-it usually is. If we quote you a price over the phone we do our best to stick with it. We do not upsell you with a better soap or better method there is none.
We always use the 6 step cleaning method which is deep extraction with the best soaps available.

WE DON'T DISAPPOINT OUR CUSTOMERS
TILE & GROUT
We use the Rotovac 360 to clean tile & grout. It spins,brushes ,has 3 steam heads & 3vacuum heads to steam clean the tile & grout.It's the best machine on the market today. we use 200degrees of steam @1200 pds. of pressure. We also reseal the grout by hand to insure full coverage.
PRICES:
On average it costs about 15 cents per sq. ft.
Upholstory
The average size couch with 6 removal cushions(we do all sides)and the entire frame. front & back. Cost is $75 to $100.00. Depending on it's condition. We use the best cleaners and we are willing to work extra hard & longer to get the best results.
3 piece sectionals are approx. $125.00 to 175.00 depending on size & condition.
Flood damage can not be given prices over the phone with good accuracy
